Serenissima Cir Industrie Ceramiche wins the prize for the best stand at Cersaie 2011

This year, Serenissima Cir Industries Ceramiche said goodbye to Cersaie, the number one international show dedicated to floor and wall tiles, even more satisfied than usual, thanks to the fact that the company took home the prize for best stand in show. Every year, Ceramics of Italy organises international competitions and awards accolades to whosoever distinguishes him/herself in spreading the culture of Italian ceramic tiles and in promoting their use. Since 2008, the Cersaie Show has presented a yearly Cersaie Award to the three best ceramic stands and to the three best bathroom furnishing stands in the show. Judged on the basis of aesthetic, design and architectural-concept criteria, the Group took part in the show in a completely new guise, as was also acknowledged by the show’s Scientific Committee which presented the prize. Renovation and design are the keywords which have guided Serenissima Cir Industrie Ceramiche towards an even stronger stylistic connotation, starting with the definition of the new Capri logo and continuing with the very roomy Cersaie stands, designed to better highlight the new products and technologies presented by the Group. The show therefore proved itself to be a highly satisfactory event for the Group – large crowds of visitors enabled each of the six brands to strengthen its leadership position and to reap enormous success thanks to the many new proposals.

It was then in a completely new guise that Serenissima Cir Industrie Ceramiche welcomed guests and journalists to the show. All of them had the exciting and unforgettable opportunity to meet three of the players of the Bologna Calcio FC 1909 soccer club of which the group is official sponsor. These were Mikael Antonsson, René Krhin and Gaby Mudingay, the three champions who, on Friday 23 September, renewed the ties between soccer and the Casalgrande Group with a toast and by autographing the jerseys later presented to Cav. Lamberto Romani.
